HOW TO APPLY?

Suggested mix ratios:

PARTS = 1 PART is 4 litres

EBC is in Milliliters

General Cleaning

Store entrances, house washing, building wash downs, paving cleaning, patio cleaning, driveway cleaning, light machinery etc

1. Mix ratio for Xjet or Down Streaming 150-500 ml EBC to 5 parts water
2. Let sit for 3 minutes
3. Pressure wash with lance or surface cleaner then rinse. Rinse windows very good. Add sodium hypochlorite* if desired.

*Only use sodium hypochlorite if you are an experienced professional, harmful chemicals can kill.

Heavy Duty Cleaning

Fuel/Petrol Station Forecourts, Bin Store Concrete Pads(interior/exterior), Fast Food Drive Thru’s, Heavy Equipment, Engine Degreasing, heavily soiled concrete or surfaces.

1. Mix ratio for Xjet or Down Streaming: 500-1000ml EBC to 5 parts water
2. Let sit for 5 minutes, agitate if necessary
3. Pressures wash with lance or surface cleaner, then rinse.

Helpful Mix Ratio Suggestions:

• Commercial: 5 litres of EBC/20 litres  of water down streamed 10:1
• Commercial: 5 litres of EBC/350 litres of water dedicated soap pump
• Commercial & Residential Building Wash: 5 litres of EBC, 120 litres of SH, 450 litres of water for a total of 575 litre mix – Dedicated soap pump
